Your passions are your unique talents that lead you to a fulfilled life. Explore what matters most to you, your company and your customers.
Don’t you love autumn? It’s such a beautiful time where nature looks at its best. While we enjoy the outdoors, we start thinking about that the year nearing toward its end. Another year is almost over. Are you wondering if you came closer to what you really want and what the New Year will bring? I invite you to reflect on your purpose, passions and priorities.
How often have you taken time to identify what truly matters to you – what you are passionate about and would like to explore if you “just could”?
As identified in the 2014 Gallup study, about 70% of people are not satisfied, unhappy and not passionate about what they are doing. Are you in the 30% of fulfilled people who are daily excited about their life, career and activities or are you in the 70%?
If you’re in the 70%, now is the perfect time to change that. Clarity transforms your life and leads you to take inspired actions toward our goals.
When you feel passionate about something, you have, often dormant and unexpressed, skills and talents in that area, you have knowledge and ideas. You might think, “I wish I could do more of …” or “I would love to experience …” These thoughts are your clues of your unique talents and desires that are ready to be expressed.
As long as you stay in the “I wish” form, you clutter your mind and cause frustration and lack of actions.
Once you explore your passions and priorities, you are inspired to create and take goal-achieving actions. What’s significant is that other people see the things you are passionate about as being uniquely you; you fascinate and attract them. This is a powerful way to become a magnet for the right friends, co-workers and customers.
Pursuing your passions and building your life, career, business, and relationships around it, leads you to greater satisfaction, success and financial rewards.
To live in sync with your purpose and passions is straightforward and simple: Identify – Act – Live it!
I want to inspire you to go through this process in THREE AREAS:
- YOU: Go through the process to identify what matters most to you in all aspects of your life to start goal-achieving actions. This will start your journey to happiness, success and well-being.
- Your Company: Build your company strategy based on what matters most for your company. This process allows you to align employee needs with company goals and uniquely position your company for success.
- Your Customers / Clients: Find out what matters most to your customers to exceed their expectations and build a growing number of loyal customers.
