Finding your inner SUPER hero

I recently re-watched the original Superman, with a dashing young Christopher Reeves hiding behind his geeky glasses.
The thing I always marvel about is how such a smart investigative reporter (I’m looking at you, Lois Lane), could be fooled by bad posture, a comb-over and fake glasses.
But… she always is. And moviegoers instantly get wrapped up in Clark’s duality every time we hear that distinctive tune.
You’re more like Clark than you think
I mention Clark Kent because as a Green Business Coach, my clients so often remind me of him.
They are smart, strong, brave, and willing to sacrifice so much to see their vision come true.
Yet, they often hide in plain sight.
They remain at a desk job when they should be blazing new trails, they waste days slouching over their laptops in coffee shops trying to perfect a floundering proposal, their body language is defensive and primed for rejection. Instead of being alert and ready to accept an opportunity, they downplay their own intelligence, they laugh at their own dreams before others can laugh at them first.
I bet, if you’re a green entrepreneur, you may resonate just a bit with that.
Becoming Superman
As a green business coach, one of my gifts is bringing a little Superman into every Clark Kent.
How do I do that?
Before I tell you, I have to ask… are you really ready to become the strongest version of yourself?

When he returned, he was Superman.
I’m guessing your own superpowers won’t let you retreat to an ice shelter for most of the next decade to find your inner strength.
But, you don’t have to.

I’d love to tell you that I’ll be your loving parent, passing on my knowledge to you like Clark’s father did for him.
But that would only cover one aspect of it.
