How To Savour Happiness

The key to happiness is to take the time to celebrate the small successes and be mindful of the many things you have to be grateful for.
“I’m frustrated that I’m not where I want to be”, I said to my coach, Stephen (yes, even coaches need coaches). We immediately did a wheel exercise where I ranked how committed I am to my creative efforts. I ranked my blog, vlog, newsletter, and other aspects of my life.
“What do you notice?” Stephen asked.
I took a deep breath. Half of my eight-slice pie was completely full. “I can’t believe how far I’ve actually come”, I responded.
