Free will and the power to choose

As a Life coach and Law of Attraction facilitator I help people gain focus, take responsibility and get on the path to a happy, inspired, Ideal life.
Most of us don’t even think about how many choices we get to make in a single day. I say get to and not have to because we really are lucky to have so many choices. Choices and choosing should not be a chore.
The first choice most of us make in the morning is whether to hit the snooze one more time of get right up and enjoy the day. Then you have to decide which side of the bed to get up on… how you brush your teeth… coffee/ no coffee, orange juice or not… breakfast at home or a drive through, which route to take to work or should I call in sick? All of the decisions in the first 5 minutes of your day.
You have the free will to choose. You choose your attitude, perspective, outlook or level of optimism. YOU CHOOSE!
You also have free will on what you focus on… and that’s where the Law of Attraction comes in. You see, your choice of what you focus on creates the energy that you put into it. That is the vibration that is then matched by the Law of Attraction. The more you repeatedly give your attention and focus to something the more energy is put behind it. So all we have to do is simply be more conscious of our thoughts and what we focus on. Many of the choices we make are automatic, like the route we take to school or work, brushing our teeth or hair. All of that is OK because for the most part everything goes along pretty well in our day to day activities. But how about the choices we make when things are not going as we had hoped. We feel frustrated for no apparent reason and decided to take it out on our co-workers, boss or spouse. Or the choice we make to eat to a greasy unhealthy meal, or the choice to focus on what we don’t want.
I don’t want to be sick … focusing on being sick.
I don’t want to lose my job, focusing on loss
No way do I want to be late for work today, focusing on being late.
I’m not going to have bad day, focusing on a bad day.
You have free will to choose how you think about the things you think about. So try to always choose the positive , to have the best life, to work on your dreams and goals. Control your choices through free will and take ownership of them. You will start to see the things you are giving positive energy will materialize and manifest in your life because of how you thought about them. Then you can say… this is here because of me.
