What Does "Feeling Better" Mean?

Does feeling better mean we will never be sad again? Does it mean that we forget? Or does it mean that we allow ourselves to heal?
Dealing with grief and loss can be challenging and overwhelming. With the support of a coach who specializes in working with grievers you can move through your grief and begin the healing process.
No matter the type of loss, you can feel better.
Feeling better does not mean that you will never be sad.
Feeling better does not mean that you never think about what happened.
Feeling better means that you no longer feel stuck in your grief, unable to function or move forward with your life.
Feeling better means that you can release the pain of your loss, of your grief and start to heal.
We can’t change the past but we CAN plan for our future. A future of compassion for self, empathy for others and hope for a fulfilling life.
What would it be like if you simply felt better?
How would you benefit physically, emotionally even spiritually if you simply felt better?
Who around you would benefit by you simply feeling better?
If you could imagine yourself just feeling better how would that change you? Who would you be?
We can’t change the past but we CAN change our future. For those of us who can see nothing but sadness and despair it can be challenging to even think of hope. But there is hope.
Because you CAN feel better. Empower Yourself Today!
