My 5 steps of Entrepreneurship Coaching

Step 1 :- Introductory Consultation meeting – $ 5 to 15 /per hour

It will contain 2-3 hours long discussion on skype, phone, face to face to know each ones strengths, usp , benefits . What I can offer, what you are looking for. What business ideas you are having? What is time frame, scale, length of consultancy required? Discuss top view of project or business objective. What is in general competition, market scenario? In this meeting we will sketch indicative plan for next few month or year. Understanding your vision or mission etc .

Step 2 :- Detailed planning – $ 15 to 25/per hour

In detail discussion & planning on proposed project or objective which we need to achieve. Business feasibility report cum blue print making. What sources, actions need to be taken for actual execution of project. Market research etc

Step 3 :- Actual execution- $ 25 to 50/per hour

Based on planning & decision taken going ahead on execution of project work. Like sourcing our self , people , machines, technology. System, infrastructure etc

Step 4 :- Operations & Running the business – $ 50 to 75 /per hour

Now it’s time to start working on day today operational work of business, it will include recruitment , marketing , advertising , customer relationship , daily trouble shooting , man management , technology applications etc etc

Step 5 :- Research & Development – $ 75 to 100/per hour

New opportunities , new technology , proposed expansion plans, fund raising , developing network , working further plan of business . Tie-ups with national, international associations or businesses etc etc
Fees will be depend on :- Size , complexity , length of project & respecting requirement of consultancy .
