Detox Program

Detoxing can enjoyable, I promise!
A good cleanse can involve full meals and plenty of calories!
For a good cleanse you’d start by removing all the foods like:
Processed food/fast food and cheap chain restaurants/frozen foods
Bread, pasta, any type of flour dough (including gluten free breads and pastas)
Potatoes in every form
Corn chips, and the like
Fried foods
All grains (wheat, corn, soy, etc.)
All sugars (including fruit)
Sounds like a lot but just give it 5 days and see for yourself how incredible you feel after less than a week!! I’m just telling the truth.
Then replace everything with high quality meats, proteins, vegetables, and fats
Grass-fed/pasture raised Beef, Bison, Lamb, Chicken, etc..
Wild caught fish – salmon, sardines (no tuna)
Grass-fed butter, grass-fed or good European cheeses, MCT oil, good olive oil, grass-fed animal fats from things like steak and burgers
Eat vegetables at every meal, eat some of them raw
Then after a good routine with a healthy diet the familiar things like juicing, fasting, taking supplements, and “detoxing” would be something you start to do
I like drinking a ton of juiced vegetables like:
Any Cruciferous
Parsley and watercress
Cucumbers
Stay Hydrated!
Taking coconut charcoal for a week or two
Eating a normal diet the whole time and drinking only herbal teas for 2 weeks
Lemon/Lime water for 2 weeks
½ teaspoon or full teaspoon Himalayan salt in the morning with plenty of water. Start low, go slow.
Supplements like: lipoic acid, liposomes like glutathione, N-Acetylcysteine and vitamin c, medicinal mushrooms like chaga, reishi, cordyceps, B vitamins, CoQ10, PQQ,
Apple Cider Vinegar or Coconut Vinegar
Things like:
ice baths or ice cold showers
Saunas
Other excellent things for detoxing are coconut charcoal, zeolite, bentonite earth clays, or diatomaceous earth. Make sure to take these away from food and supplements. They’ll reduce the effectiveness of your other supplements if you take them at the same time. Give like 2 hours before/after
