Learn about who wellness coaches work with, and what their typical client issues are. Could you benefit from a wellness coach?
Since Coaching is still a relatively ‘unknown’ profession, many people are unsure whether or not they would benefit from working with a Wellness Coach. Below is a list of reasons why you may decide to seek out a Wellness Coach – take a few minutes to read through the descriptions to gain a better understanding of who Wellness Coaches work with.
Wellness Coaches work with people who:
Have…

- begun following a new goal, but then “fallen off the bandwagon” again…and again
- previously failed to make lasting lifestyle change
- a poor sense of self-worth, self-esteem or self-love
- a poor sense of self-expression, creativity or play
- negative thought patterns about themselves
- a lack of motivation, or inconsistency in motivation
- a lack, or ambivalence of energy to take action
- difficulty living in the present moment
- a lack of healthy communication with their partner
- mindless or unhealthy eating habits
Feel…
- stressed out all the time
- tired, weak, and unproductive
- they lack balance and work too much
- disconnected from themselves and the world around them
- they are wandering through life without direction
- they lack purpose, and/or meaning in life
- they are living life without a vision
- weighed down by negative self-talk
- stuck in their ways and do not know what to do about it
- cluttered, distracted, and/or overwhelmed
- they never have time to do things they enjoy
- they are “in their own way” sometimes
- they struggle with intimacy and/or building meaningful connections
Want…
- to maintain a holistic, balanced lifestyle
- to develop a new outlook on life
- to be more healthy, and stick to their goals
- to make a change in their life, but feel lost about where to start
- to commit to taking action on their dreams
- an accountability partner, who keeps them on track with their goals, encourages their actions, and praises their efforts
