What do Richard Branson, airline CEO, and Cairo taxi drivers have in common?

Learning lessons in everyday life's a favorite pastime & I've made it a specialty! Richard Branson is the CEO for innovative Virgin Atlantic Airlines.
It seemed a bit crazy the first couple of times a taxi driver, here in Cairo, Egypt, looked at my written address and indicated they knew the location and yet the driver would eventually stop and ask for directions. The number of times a driver would stop probably averaged three.
Upon reaching the annoying level a couple of days later, I asked myself, “What is the lesson in this for me?”
I then remembered a quote that Richard Branson is famous for saying, "Don’t say know just because you don’t know how to do something. Say, “yes,” and then learn how to do it!"
The crazy in the Cairo drivers is just like it is in most large cities in the world: the unfamiliarity compared to one’s hometown, is often unnerving, but the taxi driver’s are very skilled in Cairo and the “close calls” are just that.
More so, I am now inspired by the drivers in their assertive method to get a fare, say yes and then find out!
