Shake it Off!

Have you often wondered how to return to a good positive outlook? Maybe it was the nasty comment on the phone from a customer/client or the indifferent co-worker who made a rude mark to you. These common occurrences leave you feeling down or upset. We often tell our story to anyone who will listen. Did you know you can break the impact instantly in three easy steps that take less than 60 seconds. The steps are:
Immediately change your posture. Shake it off, literally. Stand up or turn around. Move your arms and legs.
Take three (3) deep breaths. Inhale through the nose; excel completely through the mouth.
Move your eyes in complete circles; top, side, bottom, side and back to top. Move your eyes clockwise or counter-clockwise.
Try it the next time you have been offended.
