Reflective Growth Strategy Worksheet
Take time to complete these reflective coaching exercises. It is essential for you to find a quiet place to thoughtfully answer these questions. To sit down and look into the mirror to honestly see what needs to change. Then, even more important, is to share these insights with your coach who can guide you through the process of mapping out an action plan to create positive change. To get started on this part of your success journey please complete these questions to review with your coach who can help you fine tune your plan and hold you accountable to it.
1. When you look into the mirror, what do you see—great potential or great problems?
2. Do you have a clear vision for your future which is mapped out as a written plan?
3. Who shares that life vision with you?
4. Who tries to crush your life vision?
5. What experiences prompt you to see a positive vision for your life?
6. Rank your value, worth and self-esteem on a scale of 1-10.
7. What is holding you back from seeing yourself as a “10” on that scale?
8. Are you turning into the person you want to be, the person you were created to be?
9. Are you adding value to yourself? How? How often?
10. What activities make you feel better about yourself?
11. How often do you participate in that activity?
12. What areas of your self-talk need to change?
13. Do you have a list of positives in your life to change your self-talk? (If not, create one.)
14. Create a positive statement to use when you look into the mirror; when you share it with your coach, say it with power and conviction that it is real.
15. If you could pick only one word to describe your ideal self, what would it be?
16. What could your coach help you work on today to create the most transformational change?
17. What behaviors or actions are you silently tolerating that need to change?
18. What would you attempt today if you weren’t afraid to fail?
19. How would your life change if you accomplished this goal?
20. How can your coach empower you to actually work on your goals today, instead of talking about it? (Doing instead of talking.)
