Unresourceful behaviours and habits

If I were to experience everything that you've experienced and walked in your shoes, I’ll be doing the same thing. All behaviours are "as expected".
Are you suffering from an unresourceful behaviour or habit? E.g. nail biting, binge eating, regular negative emotions, phobias, disorders, depression, addictions… May be I can help you…
I’m sure you have your own good reasons to continue to engage in this unresourceful behaviour or habit. Did you know that we would even go against our own values to meet our six core human needs? There’s a reason for every behaviour and there’s a higher positive intention behind every action.
Being qualified as a NLP practitioner and utilising the knowledge, skills and experience to help many people, I’m continuing to appreciate all behaviours. This appreciation is a result of believing that if I were to experience everything that you’ve experienced and walked in your shoes, I’ll be doing the same thing. The more I believe this, the more I’m capable of being curious and JUDGEMENT FREE. To me, all behaviours are normal and as expected.
