If you eat too much food at the end of the day, you will most likely fall asleep if you do not burn it off. Consider having a light meal before you sleep if you choose your quiet time at night. If you schedule your quiet time in the morning try to do it before breakfast so that you can meditate on the goodness of the day with God. Take time to plan your meals to suit your specific needs.

You will begin to see that it is relevant for your life in due season and time. You will also be able to reflect back on the great beginnings and the lessons you learned along the way.
