Turn around three times then grab a pillow hold it up to your mouth, scream in the pillow three times. Feel better already? Good let's go to work!
What To Do When Pressure Is All Around You…
Take a deep breath and clear your head. Let the grocery list go, the yelling teenagers & the demanding husband, wife or significant other. No thoughts…empty out.
Sit still for (3) min and breathe gently in..& ..out…in &…out, find your happy place.
Think of at least (3) times when you have been in a crisis and somehow miraculously help arrived.
Picture each of them in your mind for at least (3) mins, until you are breathing with ease and Filled with gratitude…Thanks.
Now open your eyes and look up beyond the hills to where your help comes from & speak to the Awesome (3), The Father, and thank God for rescuing you before and remembering you now, The Son Jesus our heavenly mediator that intercedes on our behalf to the Father for His Grace & the Holy Spirit, for bringing in your heart the divine answer to your problems…and your needs.
Lift up your voice and thank our Father for helping you.
