Be Accountable To Your Business

Let's remove the excuses.
It is certainly easier to tell someone else how easy it is to let something or someone go and move on life. It is more effective to be accountable to yourself in your own business and personal life.
However, there are reasons, sometimes even perceived logical reasons that a person holds on to things that no longer serve them.
All too often whenever we let things or people go that are not moving us towards growth we find ourselves stalled. We find that when we look back that we have nothing to show for why we stayed as long as we did. Maybe we lack being accountable and now the true light of what we have failed to do in our business is shining through.
We find resentment in our hearts when we feel that others have done a disservice to us. We find that we are tempted to blame someone else for our going nowhere. However, being accountable to your business and its organizational structure will remedy this thought pattern.
When we get over the “emotional” part of why we stayed it does open us up to receive something better. We tell ourselves often, there is nothing better then then “THIS” that I am holding on to. The truth is, there is something better.
Do something TODAY your future will thank you for!!
