Creating a Winning Attitude

Tips for creating a winning attitude and shift in your consciousness to a positive state of mind.
1. When you wake up in the morning, take a few minutes to visualize your day. See your activities in a positive light.
2. Create an intention for the day. Write “My Intention is….” Remember, you are creating positive energy to create wins for you today.
3. Meditate for peaceful energy and connect with your spiritual energy for guidance and inspiration.
4. Take some time for yourself, some quiet time, to perhaps read an inspirational book.
5. Create some short-term goals for the day or week.
6. At the end of the day write some of your wins, even if they are small, all wins are wins. Also, write 3 things you are grateful for today.
