I achieve results helping Christians that suffer from anxiety and depression. You start from this point in time and space; we work through your struggles with anger and fear; enhance your quality of life. You receive someone that asks opened questions, listens, and reflects with compassionate care. Together, we will find hidden potential, create attainable goals, discover untapped energy from within you, and hope.

What is Life Coaching?
A Professional Life Coach reaches out in a unique way to bring out potential in people, families, or organizations by listening. Assists people in self-discovery away from fear and anger; identifies lost energy; living in past prevention to find happiness. People identify bad and good energy; receives compassionate listening; reflection on current and past challenges. They develop personal plans using a proven method, and have attainable goals. Furthermore, receive nuggets of truth, have fun, carefully guided to a happier, and purposed filled life. All life answers come from within life experiences; by creating a new life story, new direction, living in the now, and looking forward to the future, all through the love of Jesus Christ.

James has extensive experience in Human Resources Management and a strong leadership background. After working for the Diocese of Birmingham in Alabama for 13 years, he opened Christ Care Compass. His knowledge of IPEC coaching and working with employees for over 35 years, his leadership skills is helping Christian clients experience a coaching relationship with compassion. James is married to his wife Jean (over 39 yrs) with one child and a son-in-law. He enjoys landscaping, hiking, and practicing his faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
