Recognizing and capitalizing on our strengths, innate gifts and talents gives us the biggest return on our investment.
I don’t believe you should work on your weaknesses. It’s the shortest road to failure. Why? Because your heart won’t be in it, because it will be a struggle, it will be draining, and in the end you will have wasted lots of time and energy on becoming merely average.
I believe we should focus on strengths and manage around shortcomings. By concentrating on our strengths we get the biggest return on investment.
I want to live in a world where everyone KNOWS their purpose and follows it with abandon. My mission is to help YOU uncover your gifts and strengths and make your weaknesses irrelevant.
Here is what I know for sure, we all come to this earth with a unique kind of genius and brilliance. It’s as if we are handed a job description and given a set of tools to do that job really, really well.
But somewhere along the way we lose or misplace our description. Or get confused and start using one that belongs to someone else. And suddenly we are struggling instead of flowing. It feels like an uphill battle instead of a smooth sailing.
There is a simple solution for that.
Align yourself with your gifts and talents.
Your strengths will point you in the direction of your purpose.
Start using your strengths NOW.
So, don’t put too much energy into becoming average. Focus instead on becoming who you were meant to be, because no one on earth can do what you do in the way you do it.
There are so many challenges we are facing in the world right now, and I believe only people who are connected to their strengths and passions can make a difference.
