What is your relationship with money? Do you think money is good or evil? If you think money is evil, do you think it will stick around?
What is your relationship with money? Do you think money is good or evil? If you think your friend is evil, do you think s/he would stick around? Well, money won’t either. If you think you have to work hard for your money, guess what, you do.
Money will be a positive influence in your life when you let it be. Find ways to make it a positive. Do your research so you educate yourself around money, investing, effective financial management, and letting your money work for you rather than you work for you money.
Search for people who can be your resources: accountants, bankers, financial planners, investment gurus, etc. People you know you can trust! Set up a solid Team for your success. You don’t have to know everything about money but you sure need to surround yourself with trusted people who do.
And even when you have a Team, it is still critical to at least know the basics about money. Learn about one area at a time. I thought real estate might interest me so I checked into it, found someone to help me and purchased my first property. Once I did that, it was easier to do the next one and even easier again. But it took taking the first step. And it took trusted people to help me. Once I understood real estate, I put property managers in place to handle these investments and I moved on to the next area of learning for myself.
I was curious about franchising so I checked that out. Doing my homework I soon realized, franchising is not for me. Check… more clarity for me. Is it for you? It just might be. I have a friend who owns several coffee shops in the same franchise and does very, very well.
Next was residual income. Robert Kiyosaki himself said “the business of the 21st century is network marketing”. That got my attention. So I went in search of what this meant to me. It didn’t take me long to figure out this was an amazing industry that has the potential to create great amounts of income without me needing to be the only one doing all the work. And in only one short year I more than proved his theory is bang on. Love that I jumped into the 21st century, earning residual income in the billion dollar Health and Wellness industry, plus the added bonus of getting myself the healthiest I have ever been in my entire life. How great is that!
The point is do your homework and figure out what works for you, with the right people in your circle to help you. You will be rewarded handsomely when you do! I know I have been.
“Poor people think short term and instant gratification. Rich people think long term and financial freedom.” ~ Harv Eker
What is your relationship with money? Do you like it? Does it like you? Do you use your money constructively… or only for instant gratification and selfish purposes?
Think about your relationship with money so you can make it what you want it to be. It’s like any other relationship, it takes effort… and the effort will pay off.
Do you have a great money management team?
Do you know about money management, your relation with money, and what a smart investment is?
Do your homework around money and it will start working FOR you in a positive way. And the most beautiful part of money is when you have more of it, you have more to share with others. Money is positive when it is used for good and to make a difference for many.
