Personal Training works for some people. For others it might not. Of course, there are some limitations when working with a trainer one on one at a local gym. Here are a few reasons why online training can be a great option for YOU.•It’s more cost effective. It can be 1/2 the price or more to work with a coach online rather then at a chain gym.
•Flexibility. A personal trainer might have other clients during your most opportune time to train. Scheduling pretty much becomes a non factor as you are able to workout wherever and whenever you want.
•You can search, find and train with a top trainer who specializes in what YOU need instead of getting stuck with a random trainer at the gym.
•Location – clearly not a factor. You can train with me across the country.
•Personal Training sessions are usually time specific meaning when your time is up you are done for the day (usually 30 or 60 minutes sessions). Online training allows you to spend as much time or as little time as you need in order to complete your session.
An in gym personal trainer is not there to give you nutrition advice or coach you in nutrition which is a MAJOR part of fitness. Warriorteams.com
