7 Steps To Shift Out of Anger, Obsession or Hurt

Are you extremely angry with someone?
Are you having difficulty letting go of a hurtful event?
Then consider these steps:
Spend some time in each stage:
1. Get physically away from the person. Protect yourself.
2. Help your anger or hurt FLY! Rant, scream it out. Exhaust all of your complaints physically and vocally.
3. Think about how the person who hurt you is not ALL bad. List a few qualities they possess that you like.
4. Honor the person’s redeeming qualities.
5. Remember forgiveness is for you and they don’t have to be involved.
6. Realize they are showing you something in yourself.
7. Send them light and love.

I release myself and anyone else (fill in the blank) so that we may be in peace.
I release you with love and light towards the future.
