What did you learn from, or contribute to, the coaching community from the fieldwork of the previous 3 Parts of this series?
When we designed the Whole coach System, we came to a natural conclusion to wrap this all up with you! And with your Magnificence.
It was the overview, integration and icing on the cake time for the four
quadrants.
If it were a Venn diagram, Magnificence would be the centre.
We are each a combination of our business life, our client service delivery, our local and virtual communities, and our natural and chosen families.
What do the people from these groups see when they see you?
What does your reflection of you tell you?
Have you asked anyone in any of your groups about your impact lately?
Far too often we are so engrossed and in action on our work and lives that we forget to step back and reflect.
I like to think of Magnificence as a car. Most of the time we have our foot on the gas. Every once in a while we have to take the foot off the gas and let the car operate without so much pressure.
Where can you take the pressure off today?
Or maybe we need to move our foot from the gas pedal to the brake and park the car?
Maybe fear or resistance is putting the brakes on for you!
We believe there are 2 sides to your Magnificence. One side being the gas. The go, no go, side that sometimes encounters fear and resistance.
The other side being the one that signals it is time for reflection, gratitude and celebration.
Which pedal do you have your foot on most times?
What is the impact on you? On others?
What if you switched pedals for a while? Would you? Could you?
We all have it in us to be manage the “driving a car” metaphor.
The big questions is, which needs more practice, the gas or the brake?
Hopefully the ideas from all 4 parts of this series have sparked some interest in the various aspects of the system and will provide the access to the greatness that is you!
Your fieldwork this week:
- What is there to celebrate today? How will you do it?
- Where are you feeling resistance or fear? What is a simple and easy way to access and overcome it?
This concludes the four quadrants of the Whole coach system.
Consider becoming a member of choice Interactive Membership (CIM) and have full access to the guided pathway to business and life success.
Starting with the Whole Entreprenuer Assessment of course!
