Simple yet effective
1) Drink lots of water
2) Do something you love every day
3) Play more. Laugh more.
4) Think of things that make you happy
5) Know that you are an eternal being and that the life you are living here today is only part of the journey and not the end all
6) Be thankful of the contrasting experiences that this planet provides which encourage growth and expansion for everyone
7) Take care of something besides yourself whether it be another human being, an non-human being, or the planet
8) Have no judgments for yourself or others
9) Know that you came here to be exactly what you are
10) Love
