The only system for changing any false beliefs regardless of depth or difficulty
Posted on September 21, 2013 by Toby Jensen, One of Thousands of Life Coaches on Noomii.
Everyone claims to deliver core change. No one can explain the exact steps and thoroughly answer the questions on it. Who was able to finally do it?
This development is bigger than curing any mental illness. This is how to change, not just curing mental illness, but about being able to change. Being able to change any behavior is a far more of a powerful underlying development that impacts people across all forms of life – from mental illness to professional sports to improving business profits to politics to the entertainment industry.
Hundreds of thousands of personal development speakers and life coaches claim the path to core level change. Only none of them can describe the exact process to produce permanent core level change. Many are close making it even more confusing for us.
This system was put together from over twenty-five separate and distinct sources. Some of the sources don’t realize the others even exist. They are too busy promoting their own agenda. While others hate each other, fighting amongst themselves, constantly sabotaging their own development in shared hatred instead of realizing how they each have a piece of the whole pie. I put it together and filled in several gaps.
Being able to change permanently changes the whole game of life across the planet. The ability to cure any mental illness is only one aspect of dozens of applications. After all, being able to change ANYTHING is far more powerful and broad than the specific change required for mental illness. Of course, the change needed for something as complex and sensitive as schizophrenia is far more difficult to do than changing to enjoy exercise. Many more people throughout the world apply change every day on a small scale than the number of people needing help in mental illness.
A very SIMPLIFIED definition of what I do is how to deal with our beliefs. Beliefs, as you know, are far more powerful than habits. Hundred million dollar empires have been built on developing habits. But the thing with habits is that you have to keep talking yourself into doing it. Let’s take exercise as an example. You get up in the morning and remind yourself of all the reasons why exercise is good for you, as you stretch out you start psyching yourself up for the next thirty minutes or so of torture. You push yourself hard during a workout glad that you finally got into it and even more glad that it will be over soon so you can enjoy the rewards. You finish your workout thrilled that you don’t have to do it again for at least one more day. Then you expect to live from the rewards of having worked out. Only, in the back of your mind is that little reminder nagging you about how miserable it was and how you are going to have to do it again soon. You live like this everyday. This is the only problem with habits. You have to keep talking yourself into doing every morning, afternoon, and evening as you go to bed. Now, if you change your belief system about exercise to enjoy it then you get up in the morning feeling like exercising, you feel like you could get a workout done during lunch, during the afternoon when you get a little run down you feel like a workout would be refreshing, or you feel like exercising right after work or after dinner. You pretty much feel like you could enjoy a workout at just about any time and you then enjoy the workout. This is the power of beliefs over habits. The only difference between people is the depth and confusion of their beliefs.
Beliefs being those core designs we have placed on ourselves to define the very nature of our ability to experience reality. Every personal development person on the planet says they can help you. Some even know that they are trying to change beliefs. Some actually do help a lot to achieve change and success. Hardly anybody truly knows how to actually do it, how to recreate it at will, following a systematized process – to know how to locate a belief, know that you’ve found one, what to do with it to truly change it, how to come back out, and how to reinforce any new changes. Some people have parts of this process because I learned it from you which is why some people are getting better out there. What I am talking about is complete health instead of making significant progress.
What are the exact steps to producing core level change every time? Here they are (and feel free to contact me for the full seventy-five pages of documentation and explanations of why every single other system falls short.):
The basis of this process for change is that beliefs are formed in emotion. It is through feeling emotion along with one’s determining of how things are that beliefs are formed. The stronger the emotion the deeper, more powerful, longer lasting the core belief becomes. In order to change a deep core belief the emotion it was formed in has to be felt again just as it was originally in order to begin the process of change.
Our feelings are the most powerful gate to permanently changing our thoughts (our beliefs). Our feelings are the doorway to being able to change at the deepest level. You must feel the feeling fully as powerful and as painfully as it is to then open the doorway to have the chance to access change. Once you are feeling the feeling as fully as it truly is then you ask what it is that it really wants you to know, to listen for anything that is the truth. Any negative answer is not the truth. Stay feeling the negative feeling and relaxed. Listen only for the positive answer while feeling the negative feeling. When it comes you will be able to recognize the truth of it by beginning to see the previous negative feeling begin to change when you connect that positive answer you just received into the negative feeling to flow the feeling of the positive answer into the negative feeling to change it. The act of feeling the negative emotion also strengthens us to be able to be emotionally strong enough to find the answer in spite of the pain and also strong enough to hold the connection between the positive and negative to allow the time for the positive feeling to flow into the negative feeling.
Get relaxed
Feel the feeling
Hold to the feeling
Find the answer
Connect the old and new feeling and let the new positive healthy answer flow into the negative feeling to change it.
Double check that the negative feeling is changing, and then completely changes.
Obviously there is far more to this than can be described here. There are far more subtle changes that can be made to this system. Some work and some don’t. Feel free to contact me for more information. If I don’t respond to you through this site I am on plenty of others – just google me instead.
