Secret Sauce to Beauty and Health
1. Smile, I know this is kind of elementary, but consider it to be true. Smiling is the new sexy. Ask any man and woman around, a smile instantly adds a sparkle to you.
2. If you don’t feel like smiling, ask yourself why not. And then not only ask yourself why not, but actually do something about it. Go get therapy, hire a coach, a personal trainer, and attend laughing yoga, whatever it takes to find your joy. Abe Lincoln was given six hours to chop down a tree, he spent the first four hours sharpening his ax and analyzing the most efficient way to cut the tree down. In the same light, spend some time, “doing you.” In other words, I’m saying that developing you is the best way to unveiling the goodness inside you.
3. Stop saying bad things to yourself. Often times I discover with my clients that they believe the way to start doing the right things to become beautiful is by beating themselves up and telling themselves how bad their state of affairs are. Uuuuuu, I don’t know about you, but I don’t listen to people when they’re yelling at me and telling me how bad I am. Show some love and compassion for yourself.
4. Hire yourself a Love Coach inside your mind. There are many sides and components of your person. And with that being said, there is inherently a Love part of you. Imagine that Love part of you, what do they look like? Envision in your brain them cheering you on, loving you up, and showering you with so much love and encouragement it’s almost unbearable. Do this frequently and freverently. There’s enough loving yourself through and through to go around. Spread the love.
