Move Through High Anxiety to Clarity, Direction and Focus with a Plan.

Move through stressed, stuck, overwhelmed, paralyzing anxiety about the future with a goal plan.
Anxiety is about thinking and living in fears, uncertainties and doubts about the future. A lot of people come to me with this challenge. They are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lost, confused and paralyzed in their anxieties about the future. My prescription is to get some distance and step back away from the chaos and create a plan; getting all of the fears, uncertainties and doubts out of their heads and start building scenarios and strategizing their options and actions. It works like a charm. They come back to me and say: “Wow! I can think again, I can breathe again, I know what I need to do and everything isn’t so overwhelming and terrifying now.” Then the real magic happens. Everything starts coming together as they begin to take action and work through the hows with clarity, focus, direction and more peace of mind. The hardest part for most of us is getting started and making a commitment to step away from the “stuff” so that we can have a clear mind that allows the answers to start showing up. Regardless of what has you tangled up; relationship, a challenging project, life and career goals–the answer is to make time for clarity and get the “monsters” out of our heads so that we can start taking action to move the obstacles out of our way.
I have a Goals Worksheet that I use with all of my clients that helps them get started with this process. It will help you identify where you are now, what has you stuck and where you want to be. From there you can create a plan that will move you through obstacles and on your way to achieving your goals.
