Finding the right work based on your Zodiac(Sun) sign

Are you a natural teacher, entrepreneur, or salesperson, regardless of your college or graduate training? What jobs vibe with your identity and personality? Are you more a born leader or more comfortable taking orders from someone? These and many other factors can be answered (to some extent) by your Zodiac sign.

As an Astrologer and Life Coach, I combine the ancient art of Astrology with the motivational and pragmatic aspects of Life Coaching. I counsel my clients in regards to their sign and birth chart information to empower and help them make solid, informed decisions.

Career guide for each of the 12 Sun Signs:

Aries (March 21-April 19) – The Spring Equinox begins with your sign. You are the trailblazer of the Zodiac. You are usually a born leader and have strong directorship qualities. You thrive on challenges and action in your work.

You shine when in a job that requires brief bursts of energy, with not an overabundance of details.

You are elated when in: leadership, anything entrepreneurial, athletics, military, or any job that requires quick movement and reflexes. Firefighting or police may be of interest to you due to your fiery nature.

Taurus (April 20-May 20) – Taurus is a “hands-on sign”, so any job that requires manual dexterity or physical strength is right up your alley.

Gardening, art, sculpting and the like are suited for your Venusian nature. You enjoy beauty in all forms.

The world of finances may interest you as, because it will satisfy your need for financial security and growth.

Gemini (May 20-June 20/21) – Your sign craves variety and a changing daily scene; static, mundane jobs are not for you. Journalism, communications, writing, travel guide/consultant, television and entertainment, are some vocations that are a good match.

Any job that keeps you moving, mentally & physically is the key for you: mail carriers/messengers, etc…

Cancer (June 20/21-July 22) – You are a water sign and any vocation near or around the ocean; lakes, etc…are perfect for you. You must feel connected to the emotional process of your work.

You are the consummate nurturer and guardian; gardening, animals, social work are some examples of careers you would derive satisfaction from.

Since you are a sign that values security, financial consultant or broker may be a match for you; as you are very frugal.

Leo (July 22-August 23) – You are a born leader and ready to rule any roost. Find a job that involves you making important and grand decisions for the team.

Leos are natural performers (even you shy lions/lionesses). Singing, acting, theater all maximizes your innate dramatic flair and flamboyance.

Running your own company can be a good option for you; as you will be at the center of things.

Virgo (August 23-September 23) – Out of all the 12 signs, you really enjoy working and completing tasks. You have a mind for details: librarian, accountant, and editor, researcher all meet your need to analyze data.

Your sign rules health and routine. Medicine and healing arts can appeal to you; as you are a service-oriented person. Your rare combination of hard work ethic, with a low-key, non-dramatic approach makes you a very desirable worker.

Libra (September 23-October 22) – Your sign signifies balance and justice. Obviously, judge or lawyer is a dead-on match for your impartial and diplomatic manner. You can be a natural peacemaker and a solid negotiator.

Counseling or therapy can take advantage of a balanced and relationship-oriented approach; you are excellent at 1:1 interactions.

Scorpio (October 23-November 21) – Your powers of concentration can propel you in any career. Investigative work or science is natural avenues for your intensity.

Forensics or police work are superlative for your secretive nature.
Any job that requires behind the scenes dissection is a splendid choice for maximum satisfaction; business analysis or programming is two examples.

Sagittarius (November 22-December 21) – Your cheerful and expansive nature gives you many opportunities in the world. Travel agent, salesperson, education, counselor, philosopher, etc…all are out-of-this-world good for you.

You have an almost boundless supply of mental and physical energy. Jobs requiring thrust and movement are in tune with your restless nature.

Capricorn (December 22-January 19) – Your symbol is the mountain goat and you climb and climb your way to success. Your sign may be unmatched when it comes to arduous determination.

Your serious and responsible approach to work makes you a natural director or supervisor.

Your work scene must be organized, neat, and predictable and geared to structure. Corporate environments are a strong contender for your vocational endeavors.

Aquarius (January 20- February 18) – Your sign represents the group as a whole (cosmic, global, nature, etc…) anything offbeat or avant-garde intrigues you: technology, astronomy, new age, & astrology.

You are attracted to causes more than anyone else; as such, putting your unselfish energy into helping animals, people, or social programs can bring you bliss.

Pisces (February 19- March 20) – You have a compassionate and gentle nature that lends itself to healing and serving others. Acting and film roles are a top-notch option for you; your chameleon-like ability to change and flow with your environment helps you here.

You are in touch with the current times and ebb and flow of the universe. Fashion and music appeal to you as anticipating trends may be a strong point for Pisces people.
