The Missing Link

Too many people learn about the law of attraction but get frustrated because they do not see results they are wishing for.
You’ve heard it said Ask, Believe, Receive. But, I say Dream it! Believe it! Live it!
Too many people learn about the law of attraction but get frustrated because they do not see results they are wishing for. I completely understand. I’ve been there done that! But as my friend and I go on the journey together and we keep missing the mark. Things are not quite materializing as they should. Why? As she put it, there is a “missing link” there some where, we just have to figure it out, she said.
So I sit and pray and meditate and this statement came to mind. “Faith without works is dead” from the new testaments. Basically what this says, in order for faith to work, not only do you have to believe but you have to “activate” it by ACTION. Action is require for your faith to begin working in your favor. You “act as if” you already have what it is you desire.
Example, you want a motorcycle, First of all, never figure out the “how”. Leave the “how” up to the universe. Getting a lump some of money is NOT the only way the universe can bring you to possessing a motorcycle. Second, if you can’t afford your motorcycle right now, can you maybe afford a helmet or some gear that you would need. How about attending a class to be better prepare for your motorcycle. This is “acting as if”. The universe will response to your action and by law of nature, THE LAW OF ATTRACTION, bring to you your motorcycle.
Another example: need a job? Are staying up late at night, waking whenever your eyes open? You are telling the universe, you do not need a job, it would only interfere with your schedule. how about “acting as if”? Setting your alarm clock as if you are getting up for work. Setting your clothes that you are going to wear the night before.
I hope this sheds some light on why maybe the law of attraction doesn’t seem to be working for you and your heart desires WILL start to materialize right before your very eyes when you start “ACTING AS IF”.
