If time was money would you spend it the same way?
If time was money would you spend it the same way? Would you value how you spent it enough to make better decisions?
Being a good steward is not isolated to money alone, it’s consistent proof of what we value most. Time-management is really self-management. If you don’t think it matters how you spend your time, you don’t understand stewardship. Stewardship is the conducting, supervising, or careful and responsible managing of something entrusted to one’s care.
The important thing is not to allow circumstances and situations determine how you spend your time. Take control! You are not helpless to what happens around you! You can make better decisions that free up your time so you can spend it where you really want to spend it. If you don’t take control of your time, someone or something else will.
We all have the same 24 hours in a day. Yet, some people know how to make the most of their time without sacrificing the things that are most important to them. Although this may not seem to effect your life in the beginning, over time it will swallow up valuable time from other areas that you can’t get back. To avoid regret in relationships, career, fun, spirituality, it it vital to be a good steward of your time.
