Do not over exert yourself

It is not the end of the world! Stop walking around like you are the only one suffering! I’m not saying hide your feelings, by all means; express how you feel. But once you have acknowledged the feelings and voiced them; act on them as well. Do something about the situation you are in to better yourself/emotions. Allowing them to linger into other aspects of your life is allowing these things to take over your whole being!
Yes, it feels like a war zone out here for many of us! Suit up and join the battlefield but please do allow him to lead! Not all battles are even meant to be addressed and/or act on! Set aside those minor things and deal with what truly matters. And at times, we cannot even do anything with those as well.
Do not over exert yourself because in the end, you will not be good to anyone – not even yourself. Time and time again we find ourselves burnt out and left to rebuild ourselves, feeling broken and disappointed – at not them, but ourselves!
Many of us should be considering regrouping right now and start working with ourselves in the Here & Now for tomorrow is what we look forward to. Leave what’s in the past, just where it is – behind us!
