This article provides a basic rundown of life coaching, what it is that I do, and how I can help you!
You are currently on Noomii.com, which leads me to consider two possibilities. You are either looking for a Life Coach for the first time, or you have tried other coaches but still haven’t found a good fit.
A great place to start your search is to understand what types of opportunities are available to you: Life Coaching, Wellness Coaching, Spiritual Coaching, Business Coaching, etc. But wait… are you still not sure what life coaches do? Are you trying to differentiate a Life Coach differs from a therapist or a consultant? I totally understand. The lines can seem a bit blurred, but I am here to answer the question I’m most often asked: "What is life coaching all about?” Let’s begin with a basic rundown of coaching, what it is that I do, and how I can help you.
According to The International Coaching Federation, life coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations. Throughout the process of Coaching clients deepen their learning, improve their performance, and enhance their quality of life.
Each coaching session is an opportunity for the client to chooses the focus of conversation, while the coach listens and contributes observations and questions. Coaching is an interaction to create clarity and move the client into action. Coaching accelerates the client’s progress by providing greater focus and awareness of choice. Finally, coaching concentrates on where clients are now and what they are willing to do to get where they want to be in the future.
Coaching is done over the phone, so I’ve had the great pleasure of coaching men and women from Canada to California from my NYC home office. Not only does tele-coaching cut down on your travel time, it gives you the opportunity to have my 100% attention for a full 60-minute session.
As a Certified Life Coach and Wellness Coach, I recognize that coaching results are a matter of the client’s intentions, choices and actions, supported by my efforts and application of the coaching process. I am here to help inspire, ignite, and move you forward! Working with me is like a one-on-one engaging, excited, exclusive workshop designed just for you. In this personalized workshop, we will clarify your vision, understand your purpose, remove obstacles getting in your way, and move forward with a clear, actionable plan.
