Slow down aging...not so difficult.

How can we slow the aging process?
STOP BREATHING AND EATING, STOP AGING? NOT LIKELY, BUT…
If we could apply the reductionist theory to aging well, what would it be? After all, every single person on the planet wants the secret to slow down the aging process in an easy, accessible way.
However, there is way too much information out there for most people to process, so after 20 years of researching and loads of life experiences, the answer I have found, is surprisingly simple. By reducing the oxidative stress we put on our bodies, both internally and externally, we can age with grace and beauty and in effect slow down aging. Nothing contributes more to aging than oxidative stress and inflammation which go hand in hand. I am sure by now you are asking yourself…What the #$%@ is oxidative stress? Very simply, it is the consequence of breathing, eating and producing energy, which in turn produces free radicals, inflammation and, hence, stress for our bodies. Unless we hold our breath indefinitely, don’t eat and stay in child’s position, we cannot avoid producing free radicals.
IF YOU HAVE TO EAT, EAT COLOR.
So how then do we counteract the disease and damage caused by living and these unavoidable free radicals? First and foremost, one of the main causes of oxidative stress is the body processing the food we eat. Each time our body breaks down food, it in turn creates free radicals. These free radicals are either eliminated or not by our body’s ability to produce enough antioxidants, to mop up these free radicals. Works pretty well…that is, until that delicate balance is upset by lack of nutrients and unhealthy food choices. How can we get more of these antioxidants to help our body mop up these crazy radicals? EAT MORE FRUITS AND VEGETABLES AND COMPLEX CARBS. Each and every one of us has an unique ability to produce as many or as few antioxidants as we can, mainly dependent upon the food we eat and the strength and integrity of our immune system. With each bite, we either add to our future or borrow from it… Antioxidants are our insurance policy against illness.
Let’s use the analogy of the “healthy relationship.” If we are overly selfish, critical and unkind, the bad guys like bitterness and resentment (i.e. free radicals) take over the relationship. If there is not enough love, kindness and forgiveness the good guys (i.e. antioxidants) to replenish and repair the relationship, the relationship becomes diseased. Additionally, when there is more goodness it’s easier for our emotions to respond and create even more good feelings. This in turn silences the bad feelings so we can simply laugh off the inevitable bad moments.
In other words, by eating healthy, you get antioxidants from the food, and your body’s ability to produce its own antioxidants is enhanced tenfold. So the “no surprises here” simple answer for anti-aging is to EAT HEALTHY. The more color, the more antioxidants.
THE ANSWER TO YOUNGER SKIN.
Another way to reduce free radicals which age the skin is to apply one of the most powerful antioxidants that exists. Sea Buckthorn. A centuries-old enigma, the Sea Buckthorn berry is believed to have been created by an ancient plant breeder due to its other-worldly properties. No other plant in existence is known to have as many antioxidants and nutrients as the Sea Buckthorn plant, which is the cornerstone ingredient in the Swell Skin skincare line.
Swell Skin has devoted 100% of the berry’s properties to its oil and has not added any fillers or confusing, unnecessary ingredients. The minimalist line (which consists only of a specially formulated face treatment bar and a bottle of sea buckthorn oil ) has been used successfully over and over again by beauty editors and clients across the country to help heal acne, rosacea, uneven skin tone, large pores and fine lines. The Swell Skin line plumping powerhouse was created by a homeopath and esthetician to give “airbrushed skin” without make-up.
