Are you unclear where to go from here when it comes to making decisions regarding your career or job? Are you stuck in a mindset that has you thinking “this is never going to work”? Then you are just like many others in the same boat looking to kick start their search for a new adventure.
It well could be you are just stuck in the starting blocks in your race to find a new job and you could use some help to get the race started! A belief or thought can often keep us in a certain place and there are times when we owe it to ourselves to challenge that belief and possibly change it if we discover it may be holding us in a place that we really don’t want to be in.
I challenge you to think about one belief you have about how to find a new job.
Perhaps your belief is you just don’t have a chance with all the competition out there. Ask yourself where does that belief come from and what will it take to put it aside and change the way you job search as a result? Do you feel confident in your ability but just shy about tooting your own horn? Time to toot away and change that mindset in order to get out there and get that job!
“A mind is a terrible thing to waste” ~ The Ad Council and The Directors of The UNCF tag line came to life back in 1972 and is still a key phrase that is used today. It signifies how being stuck can be detrimental in the growth of our minds and once we put our minds to anything and give 110% focus on what we long to achieve, we simply just can do it!
Get out of those starting blocks and join the race that will have you at the finish line in a new role that is satisfying with the rewards you know you deserve. Are you ready to see what’s on your mind, so you can get set to get going? Remember only you can change your mindset, set your mind toward positive thinking and don’t give up, you will get there…….
