Graditude

The first step to living a life of gratitude is, keeping a gratitude journal.
The first step to living a life of gratitude is, keeping a gratitude journal. People that keep a gratitude journal demonstrated greater benefits including more regular exercise, fewer physical problems, a general feeling of well-being including greater optimism.
I was working with a women that could not find the wonderful person that she is. She had come off the street and had done things that had created a lot of shame for her. I had her put together a gratitude journal. We colored the cover and marked the pages. We had 100 page for her to fill in. We we first started out she was scared of this project. She was not sure how to be grateful, she had spent so much time just trying to survive. By the time that we where at page 20 she was off and running. We made up 4 more gratitude books for her to fill up with what a wonderful life she had created for herself.
Today this women is a psychologist that is helping women that came from the place that she came from.
So this week let put together your gratitude journal. Create the cover and number the pages. We will start with 100 pages. Please let me know how you book looks. I’m very proud to be a part of your journey into gratitude.
