Overcoming the fear of change will open your path to achieving change in your life.
Why is change so hard? One of the strong objections is, “I know what I have, but don’t know how this change will work out.” Another is, “I don’t know where to start.” Or how about, “It’s too risky.” There will always be a negative thought stopping you unless you embrace change.
As long as the change you want to make will enhance your life and bring you closer to your personal goals, it will be worth making the effort. If it also helps others, that will make it even more valuable and easier to achieve. As your Life Coach, I will help you to prioritize your life, achieve balance, and identify your path. Then we can work on achieving change together. When you feel you deserve a better life, you will want to embrace the process.
Identifying and dissolving the gremlins that are stopping you from moving forward is the key. Once your self-esteem is stronger, you will be able to see that the excuses that have been roadblocks can be eliminated. Many of the voices in your head echo family messages that were passed down to you to protect you. We will reexamine them and reconstruct them so that they no longer trip you up. No, that isn’t easy, but you will be able to do it when you realize that changes can be yours, when you embrace change as your path to fulfillment. Then you will overcome your fears.
Creating a plan and acting on that plan will get you started. Some changes are very easy to complete and they will give you encouragement to continue to work on the more difficult ones. When you feel successful with creating small changes, you will more easily be able to embrace larger ones. You may even find yourself changing things in your life that you hadn’t even noticed before. Little things that make choices simpler, like color coordinating your wardrobe or putting the tools you use most frequently in a more accessible spot. Once you accept that change is good, you will see opportunities all around you to improve your life.
Using my SOAR method will make embracing change very easy for you. Improving your Self esteem will create the desire to Overcome fear. Acting on your plan and Reinforcing your personal skills will lead to acceptance of change as a positive thing. You will then embrace change. That will in turn make me very happy as it also fulfills my goal to help people to improve their lives.
