Prescriptions for Success are about doing those things that will move you to your higher self and potential.
Prescriptions for Success are about doing those things that will move you to your higher self and potential. They are centered on two things: Yourself and Your Environment and are centered around four areas of life: Health/Wellness, Career, Relationships, and Meaning and Purpose. They are achieved by Intention and Goal Setting and Planning so that you have clarity, direction and focus toward your goals.
Intention and Goal Setting
Intention and Goal Setting sets the foundation for all of our efforts. What are your goals and intentions for your life and for the year? Name them so you can claim them. Put them somewhere where you will see them every day. Create monthly and weekly plans around them so that are reminded and know what needs to be done to move you to your goals.
Yourself and Your Environment.
Yourself. What do you need to do to improve yourself and your environment? What areas of yourself do you need to up-level so that you can move to your higher self and potential? Is it your mindset that is keeping you from moving onward and upward toward your aspirations? Do you need to tweak your thinking to create a mindset that supports your goals? It’s all about creating the space for the things that you desire and want most in life. What’s holding you back?
Your Environment. Does your environment support your growth? In what ways can you improve your environment to support your goals? Do you need to connect with like-minded people who will stretch you and support you in your goals? What resources do you need to connect with to help you thrive in your potential? Create the space for the things that you desire in your life. What things need to be eliminated in your environment to create the space for the things you want?
Four Areas for Optimal Success
Health/Wellness. What are your health and wellness goals? What do you want to look like and feel like next week, next month, next year?
Career. What are your career and money goals? What kind of career and money would you like to have in one year?
Relationships. What are your relationship goals? What kinds of relationships would you like to have in your life?
Meaning and Purpose. What will bring you peace and contentment? What lights you up? What are your desires?
When you answer these questions you can start planning around them. Create a strategic plan around them and see how things change for you. The how’s start to get answered as you begin to view your future through a new perspective and can see the problems and solutions with greater clarity. Goals do not seem as overwhelming or impossible when they are broken down into clear, visible steps.
How will you know when you’ve reached your goals? What will it look like? What will it feel like? What will you be doing differently? Create a picture of it. Visualize it and feel yourself into it. Spend some time daydreaming and experiencing your future self in this space.
You can frame your entire life around this process. This is my prescription for success.
