2. SIMPLE. Succinct, Easy to scan, read and find important information.
3. ORGANIZED. Clean, neat, easy to read and follow.
4. INTERESTING. Makes people want to read because they are interested, engaged and intrigued. Be creative, interesting and engaging. Make yourself shine!
5. RELEVANT. Relevant to the specific job that you are applying.
6. BIG PICTURE. Your resume should paint a succinct picture of who you are and what you can bring to the job that you are applying to.
The objective is to sell yourself and highlight your strengths, skills and value as a potential employee. Your resume is an advertisement and reflection of your services. Think of marketing and selling yourself and make yourself stand out and shine!
