Obstacles, Obstacles Everywhere!

Ever get stuck in an obstacle, but weren't sure what kind of obstacle it was or how to address it? You're not alone. Read on.
Obstacles, Obstacles Everywhere!
Obstacles! Obstacles! Obstacles! They are everywhere! In fact, there are so many kinds of obstacles and they occur at so many different levels, it is no wonder so many people are falling short of their goals and giving up on their dreams. But there is hope. I have spent years investigating obstacles of every sort, and for your enjoyment I have broken them down into five types at five levels. Now you will always know what is going on with you when you are struggling to be who you want to be, do what you want to do, and have what you want to have.
Types Levels
Distractions Source
Attachments Belief
Confusion Mental
Stress Emotional
Habits Material
OK… Here’s the breakdown of the types:
A DISTRACTION obstacle is anything you unknowingly spend time or energy on that keeps you from your intended actions or desired outcomes.
An ATTACHMENT obstacle is anything you knowingly spend time or energy on that keeps you from your intended actions or desired outcomes. In fact, psychologically whatever you are attached to takes the place of your desired outcomes.
A CONFUSION obstacle is any state of non-clarity that prevents you from taking an intended action or achieving a desired result.
A HABIT obstacle is any repeated response to a particular circumstance or stimulus that does not support the achievement of a desired outcome.
A STRESS obstacle is any energy that is counterproductive to existing in your most natural, most powerful state of being.
…And now for the confusing part…
Every type of obstacle can occur at every level of consciousness. So you can have a material distraction (distracted by something you notice with your five senses), an emotional distraction (distracted by your feelings), a mental distraction (distracted by a thought or thoughts), etc. You get the point. As if that was not complicated enough, each type of obstacle can interact with any of the other types. So you can have a distraction that turns into an attachment, or you can develop a habit of feeling stressed out, and so on and so forth. I recently had a client who had an attachment to confusion which had turned into a habit. (What?) Yep. As long as she was able to be unclear on the next step to take, she could use that as an excuse to not take responsibility. (And more responsibility is almost always scary!) So over time she developed a habit of second guessing every decision she was about to make until she reached a state of confusion. It is absolutely amazing how our obstacles can interact to make our lives complicated and stop us in our tracks!
So I am guessing you would love to know how to deal with this complicated web of obstacles. After all, on the other side of every obstacle is success. If you know how to address all of your obstacles, you can be pretty unstoppable.
Well, You are not alone. I am currently putting together an obstacle guide book, or tool kit, that addresses every type of obstacle at every level. I am providing proven strategies for each one, based on laws of success, and I would like to provide real world examples of people dealing with and overcoming each of them as well.
So… If you have a personal story of you or someone you know overcoming an obstacle, and if you would like to have that story published in a way that helps millions of people all over the world overcome the same type of obstacle, you can send it directly to me via email at Chris@PointBLiving.com. Don’t worry about trying to figure out what type of obstacle it is or at what level it occurs at. I will take care of all of that. Please just make sure to keep your story between 2 and 5 pages, and of course, no profanity or inappropriate content. Let’s work together to change the world… one obstacle at a time!
