One Sure Way To Avoid Procrastination for ADHD People

This really works!
Before you go to sleep, write down six actions you will take tomorrow. They can include income generating, job related, recreational, personal care, vision related, etc. Order them with the top action being the one you have most resistance to and order the rest of the actions, in order of less resistance. Call someone you can be accountable to, the next morning. Have a 10 minute timed phone call that gives each of you a chance to check in with feelings, concerns and progress. And then each of you can list your 6 actions for the day. It’s that simple.
