What is confidence and how do we lose it? Well the way I see it confidence is the knowing that you can do whatever you set your mind to do. The way we lose it is by the influence of the people around as, and incorporating those negative feelings and comments into our own perception of who we are.
How do we regain it? By finding the source of the lack of confidence and releasing it through a series of tools that we learn….Meditation is one of those magnificent tools along with working with a good Coach.
Why do you need to Meditate to regain Confidence? Meditation is a wonderful tool to incorporate into your daily life. Colour meditation is even more dynamic. Studies have been done that substantiate that colours affect our emotions. Have you ever walked into a room and felt completely sick to your stomach as a result of the colour of the room or alternatively, felt very happy because of the colour of the room. Colour meditation has the same effect on the emotions. By using a certain colour in a meditation you can reprogram your subconscious to respond to the situations both past and present in your life in a different way.
Why do you need a Coach to regain Confidence? A Coach has the ability to help you navigate through the obstacles that you have set up in your life and to validate the things that you have accomplished. Self-help books are wonderful; however, they do not have the ability to care about our progress. A Coach does that for you.
