Peace and Healing
I have been asked by people that want to help others and to be healers what I think the best way to achieve that is. At first I was like, “How should I know?” but after being asked more and more about it, I pondered on it, trying to see the commonality between all the great Avatars of the world. What came to my mind was “be at peace”. All of them were not only proponents of peace but were the very embodiment of peace. I think of the times that I was a part of a healing, I was at peace. But that didn’t answer how being at peace cant truly help or heal others. It seemed that being at peace would help only yourself or at the very least help others by being a good example. There had to be more.
I thought of the times I helped others, truly being a part of their healing process, and in those times I really didn’t say anything or even do anything, I was just listening with non judgment and I was at peace. So I wanted to understand the “spiritual science” behind this. Then it hit me and hit me hard. I thought about how when people are in a state of needing a healing, answers or direction, their mind is usually filled with chaotic thoughts and fears…anything but calm. Their mind is not a gentle pool but more like a torrential storm in the ocean. Source could drop a pebble in a gentle pool and the effects could be seen but if your mind is like a storm in the sea, he could drop the Sears Tower in and the effects wouldn’t be felt or seen. BUT! What if there was a spiritual back door of sorts that Source could help the one in the storm? Someone else that has the “Soul” purpose to just “be” peace, so that through them, Source can communicate and heal. Being the “Gap” of no-thing-ness or peace that allows Source to communicate and heal is like us being the jumper cables between source and those that are needing healing or direction. Or just the fact that you are calm and at peace can help them calm down so Source can directly work and communicate with them and they are more aware of this help. Just the simple practice of being at peace can be so powerful, you will help and heal those that you are not even aware of.
“When the mind is silent the heart speaks. The language of the heart is love compassion and peace. One who had silenced the mind has attained inner peace”
