A look at valued coach qualities.
In a recent survey of Fortune 500 CEO’s were interviewed and asked about what qualities they valued in their coaches. The results were very interesting:
They listen with empathy.
They establish trust and preserve integrity.
They are deep generalist with a keen sense of observation.
They are big picture thinkers.
They have an eye for winners.
They have power of conviction.
They have detached commitment.
If you could find someone with these qualities who is willing to spend time every week actually listening to you and only you while at the same time helping you to accomplish your goals – Now, that is a powerful relationship.
