How forgiveness can serve as a powerful tool for positive change in our lives
The definition of forgiveness is not as powerful as turning the process into reality.
If you look up for its meaning; you might notice the emphatic ideology that forgiveness is related to granting pardon to others. It is hardly uncovered the fact, the forgiveness is ultimately the acceptance of the hurtful and letting go of the wrong which is not necessarily about other people, it is rather relevant to one self.
There are people who spend their lives holding grudges, feeling the pain of something that has already become the past. The offender, depending on the seriousness of the situation, could well be buying ice-cream and having fun with friends. Do you really think forgiveness will change the offender’s life? Maybe will provide a certain level of comfort; the real reward is meant to the offended that accepts the past, forgives and moves on welcoming the future.
Here some rewards to who surrender to this feeling.
Forgiving allows us to live the present building a wiser future.
It frees us up and expands our awareness.
You must feel better when you forgive; otherwise you are not quite there yet.
Forgiveness translates the strength of the mind and the greatness of the heart. It is empowering!
Forgiveness is not about forgetting, it is about maturing as a person.
Even though some may say to forgive is an act of weakness, forgiveness is one of the bravest acts the man can conquer.
I believe this is one of the most controversial feelings that men kind has to master but without a question, it is the window for a better tomorrow.
