Here are a few simple practices that can make a big difference:
Daily Reflection: Take just 5 minutes at the end of each day to reflect on what went well and where you might improve. This doesn’t have to be complicated—it’s about noticing patterns and learning from them.
Mindfulness: Practising mindfulness for just 10 minutes each day can help centre your thoughts, reduce stress, and improve focus. Even during busy moments, taking a few deep breaths can reframe your perspective.
Physical Health: You can’t have mental wealth without physical wellbeing. Regular exercise, good nutrition, and quality sleep aren’t just important for your body—they’re essential for your mind. When your body feels strong, your mental resilience improves.
