The Subconscious helps us function in a default mode,so that more mental resources could be utilized towards new learning.
Did you know most of your best ideas lie hidden in your subconscious mind? Our subconscious can be a treasure chest of untapped potential and unwritten articles. Many of us overlook its power, yet it’s always working in the background. However, for many, this can also be an over critical voice which can limit their potential.
Since childhood, the subconscious is being programmed, both, knowingly and in majority cases, unknowingly. And although some of the programming, could have happened from a space of care or
caution, over a period of time, the context of a person changes, but the programming does
not get updated,to suit the new context and hence, individuals tend to get a feeling of being
stuck or frustrated.
Visualize: Use your imagination to bypass rational thought and delve into the subconscious.
Seek external help,if need be,to get working on it.
Next time you’re stuck, turn to your subconscious for inspiration. What techniques do youuse to access your subconscious mind’s wisdom?
