How do you know when it is time to shire staff for your business?
When you ask yourself if it’s time to add a staff member,
did you talk yourself out of it?
-can I afford it?
-do I have time to train this person?
-if I just shuffle some things around can I just handle it?
-what if this person doesn’t work out like the last time?
And when these thoughts come up, it’s time to address what’s really going on.
1. You’re afraid of releasing control.
2. You don’t have systems in place to ensure it’s successful.
A properly hired, trained and onboarded employee will be a revenue generator for you.
And, you will be able to spend your time doing what you are best at.
This gives you more freedom, more energy and allows your business to grow.
It’s the hardest thing to give up.
It’s pretty uncomfortable.
But, it’s how you grow.
