I'm a marathoner that doesn't run

Life comes with many changes. How we deal with that means everything!
’m a marathoner.
I haven’t run at all in the last 3 years
I haven’t run a marathon since 2002 (20 years ago and it was my 10th).
My back finally gave out.
I fast walk now.
I used to be unsatisfied with walking.
I’ve now like walking and even love it at times.
I’m a marathoner who doesn’t run marathons!
We go through life in a state of constant change. Some of the change is almost invisible to us and some change stops us in our tracks. How we feel about, deal with, react to, and/or prepare for change has much to do with what we end up doing when we feel challenged by it. Do we see possibility & opportunity, or do we feel fear and a longing for how things have always been?
Often, the thought of being a part of change causes people to do nothing (stuck).
Do you weigh out the pros and the cons and still have difficulty making the decision?
You are not alone!
Should I take a new position, move to a different location, stay in, or leave a relationship, work out the challenges with my family or let it be? When you’re in the midst of it, the clarity can be difficult to find. Unfortunately, this can lead to inactivity. When you get stopped in your tracks, it means that you have hit a wall. The question then becomes, do you accept that wall or do you figure out what it means and what to do about it?
Adding another set of eyes and ears to help guide you is a gift that you can give yourself. Sometimes that added resource can help you to see a different way of dealing with the obstacle. Maybe it’s climbing over, going around one way or another, or even possibly knocking the wall down if it simply has to go!
Coaches help you to find the clarity, to explore different perspectives, to write your own story or to change the one that you have written previously because it no longer serves you. I can help you by serving you through coaching!
Everything that I learned, everything that I did, everything that I gave and everything that I received as a marathoner is still within me. I don’t run marathons anymore, but I still use all of the things that allowed me to train, work, focus, be present and succeed in everything that I do today… I am a marathoner; I simply don’t run marathons anymore!
You are the sum total of everything that you have always been and everything that you have always done. Sometimes feeling stuck is all about “re-purposing” all that you already have. Let me help you find your way to understanding how to best utilize it all as you re-invent the way that you want to show up right now!
