Write Letters to Your Future Self

If you expose your brain to something specific enough times, the brain looks for ways to realize it.
I am a big fan of R. Doty’s Into the Magic Shop book and I bought Mind Magic as soon as I found out that R. Doty wrote another book. R. Doty is a neurosurgeon by profession and in Mind Magic, he talks about the science of manifesting as a scientist.
Early in Mind Magic, R. Doty talks about a young lady, who used the power of letters for manifesting her dream job. She basically wrote letters from her future self, explaining how successful of a doctor she has become helping numerous patients. She kept this letter in her wallet and read it everytime she got the chance to do so. In the meantime, she of course did all the work necessary to become a doctor, like studying and taking exams. The goal of the letter, in this occasion, was to familiarize her brain with the person she wanted to become. Remember that the brain is a prediction machine. If you expose your brain to something specific enough times, the brain looks for ways to realize it.
