Do you ever find yourself thinking you HAVE TO change career?
How does that make you feel?
I’m guessing it makes you feel pressured or stressed.
I don’t know about you but when I feel pressured, I’m reluctant to change anything, as if it required a lot of effort.
When we tell ourselves we HAVE TO do something, we don’t feel like doing it, right?
Instead of feeling motivated, we might feel overwhelmed and head straight for the couch, TV, and the cookie jar.
So, what’s the solution? I discovered the one step to change my career: shifting to WANTING to change career.
How do you feel when you genuinely believe, “I want to get a job I love”? Notice any difference? Maybe you feel more energized, determined, or motivated.
