You’ve taken on a leadership role. Whether you acknowledge it or not, this affects how others perceive you, be it your team members, peers, or senior leaders. Your role as a leader means you attract more attention and your influence has a greater impact on those around you.
To be effective and have a positive impact, it’s important to consider how your presence can enable success for your team and organization.
Think about:
◾ How do your actions and words influence the people around you, and how is this influence helping the common goals of your team and organization?
◾ How can you improve your communication to have a greater impact?
